Delivery is made by Australia Post, Express Post or Registered Post.

• Every item is trackable, so you can receive an update by emailing us at any time, and your item will never get lost.
• For your added security we may require a signature at the other end, so please send to your workplace.
• We deliver to people (ie you or someone you are buying a gift for) so we can't deliver to a post office box. Sorry about that.

Delivery Speed
Please note that these are a guide and provided in good faith. The delivery time depends on the place we are sending it to. The more remote the location, the longer the delay. These times are from when the order leaves our warehouse. Where the package being sent is large, 1-6 working days applies.

We do not deliver outside of Australia.
