The short answer: Yes. The long answer: the internet has travelled a long way over its 9 years of rapid development and e-commerce is firmly entrenched in Australian business. All major banks, software houses, governments and many financial and security corporations have converged to create security systems (like the one we use) in order to protect consumers from fraud.

What do you do with my information?
We only use it to process your orders.

None of your information is giving to any third party. You only receive emails from us if they relate to a website order.

If you sign up for our newsletter, you can opt out at any time, and you don't need to sign up in order to place orders.

Are all the products in the catalogue in stock?
Our system clearly states "in stock" or "1-3 days". "In stock" items are packaged the same day they are ordered and despatched, once payment is confirmed, in the next despatch.

Items marked "1-3 days" are in the process of being replaced. We replenish stock on a daily basis, and so the time between when you order and when the item is despatched is always 1-3 working days (usually only 1 working day).

If the item goes out of stock and we cannot supply it, we will let you know and ensure that you are refunded immediately. This is a very rare occasion.

Why would I buy online when I could buy the perfumes in a department store?
Because you will save a lot of money.

Perfumes are beautiful - they are romantic, rich, make you sexy and feel great. They are an essential accessory for everyone, however they are also made by the most expensive fashion houses in the world.

Price Perfumes charges a much lower price than department stores, and so you receive the same, beautiful, genuine product, beautifully presented and packaged safely, at a lower cost.

How can I pay you?
We accept Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, and American Express. If you don't have a credit card, you can pay using a cheque (personal, company or bank) or direct deposit to our business bank account. If you also don't have a cheque book, you can buy a money order from Australia Post for $3.00.

I have a card, I hear what you are saying about security but I still don't want to pay online. Can I order from you?
Yes. In the checkout select Credit Card Offline and we will phone you, or pay by Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order.

I want something and it's not here. Can you get it?
